Delivery & payment
Delivery
We deliver within Hungary only. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of the payment confirmation (card payment) or the order confirmation (cash on delivery); delivery usually takes a further 1–3 working days. We e-mail you when the parcel is sent, and it can be tracked.

Free delivery applies to FoxPost locker pickup for orders from 12,000 Ft — the 3-pack already qualifies. You choose the parcel point on a map at the checkout.
On collection please check the parcel. If it is damaged, ask the courier or the parcel point for a damage report and e-mail us at plastify@plastify.hu — we will replace the damaged product.
Payment

Bank transfer in advance is not available at the moment.
Invoice
We e-mail an electronic invoice for every purchase (Billingo). If you need a company invoice, tick Company invoice at the checkout and enter the company name and tax number.
Quantity price
From 6 bottles (colours can be mixed) the price drops automatically to 3,810 Ft per bottle — the discount shows in the basket. For larger quantities or bottles with your own logo, ask for a quote on the Trade & wholesale page.
Withdrawal and replacement guarantee
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason; the details are in section 8 of the Terms & Conditions . Bottles bought on plastify.hu come with a 1-year replacement guarantee: if one breaks, we send a new one free of charge on the basis of a photo and your order number. Conditions: Terms, section 9.
