Frequently asked questions

Exactly how much does it hold?

The bottle's nominal capacity is 2.2 litres. The top mark of the scale on the side is at 2 litres; filled to the brim it holds roughly 2.3 litres.

Can it go in the dishwasher?

No. Wash the bottle and the cap by hand in lukewarm water – dishwasher heat can deform the plastic.

Can I fill it with hot or fizzy drinks?

Do not fill it with hot liquids; the bottle is made for cold or room-temperature drinks. Do not keep fizzy drinks in it with the cap closed, as the pressure can force the cap off.

When will it arrive, and what does delivery cost?

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 working days, and delivery usually takes another 1–3 working days. FoxPost parcel locker 1.150 Ft, free from an order value of 12.000 Ft; MPL parcel locker or post office 1 570 Ft; MPL courier to your door 3 140 Ft.

Can I mix colours in the packs?

Yes. In the 2- and 3-packs you pick the colour of each bottle separately – they can all be different.

What happens if it breaks?

Within one year we replace it once, free of charge. Email plastify@plastify.hu with your order number and a photo; you do not need to send the broken bottle back. The exact terms are below, under the replacement guarantee.

I want several bottles. Is there a quantity price?

From 6 bottles the basket automatically charges 3.810 Ft each, and colours can be mixed (the 2- and 3-packs do not count towards it, and it cannot be combined with the newsletter discount). For companies, clubs or larger volumes, request a quote.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

Yes, you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. How it works is set out in our Terms and Conditions.

1-year replacement guarantee

Every Plastify bottle bought on plastify.hu comes with a voluntary one-year replacement guarantee from the date of purchase. If the bottle breaks or cracks within that year, we replace it with the same bottle – or, if that's no longer available, a new one of equal value – no questions asked.

Who it covers
Private customers who ordered directly from the plastify.hu shop. It does not cover reseller, business or wholesale purchases.
How many times
Once per bottle purchased. The guarantee covers the bottle, not caps bought separately.
How it works
Email plastify@plastify.hu with your order number (or invoice) and photos that clearly show the damage. You do not need to send the broken bottle back. We post the replacement free of charge within 5 working days of accepting the claim.
What is not covered
Damage caused by improper use: hot liquids, dishwasher, freezer, carbonated drinks stored with the cap closed, dropping it on a hard surface on purpose.
Your statutory rights
This replacement guarantee is voluntary and does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including the implied warranty of conformity.
