Every Plastify bottle bought on plastify.hu comes with a voluntary one-year replacement guarantee from the date of purchase. If the bottle breaks or cracks within that year, we replace it with the same bottle – or, if that's no longer available, a new one of equal value – no questions asked.

Who it covers
Private customers who ordered directly from the plastify.hu shop. It does not cover reseller, business or wholesale purchases.
How many times
Once per bottle purchased. The guarantee covers the bottle, not caps bought separately.
How it works
Send the broken bottle together with your invoice (or a copy of it) to: Plastify Kft., 8095 Pákozd, HRSZ 067/28, Hungary. You cover the return postage; we ship the replacement free of charge. Questions? Email plastify@plastify.hu.
